I loved this book. The build up to their relationship was beautifully done. I loved how they fell in love and stayed together despite everything. The communication between both main characters was great and to me they felt like a real relationship.

I didn’t realize how deep it was until I actually started reading it. All the topics from rape to domestic violence took me by surprise because I thought this was mostly a light, cute book. However, I loved the way that it talked about trauma, healing and boundaries. This book most definitely made it into one of my all time favorite reads.
